2) Do you allow refunds?
Refunds are allowed if you received the wrong product(s) in your order or you are not completely satisfied with your order with the exceptions stated below. You must ship the original product(s) back in its original packaging, and you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Once we physically receive the product(s) back and inspect it, if everything is okay we will credit you back the price of the item(s) you purchased minus a 10% restocking fee. Please note, we will NOT credit you back the shipping cost we incurred to ship the item(s) to you, and the shipping cost you had to pay to return the item(s) back to us. We do NOT allow refunds on hand-made or carved products, like products made out of ifit wood, clam shells (hima) or other raw materials. We also do NOT allow refunds on food products, like drinks or snacks, which have already been opened.
3) My product doesn't look exactly like it is shown on your website. Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of products which are carved or assembled by hand by their artisans, no two hand-made products are exactly the same. For this reason the product you receive might not be exactly the same as the one shown in the picture for hand-made products. This is also the reason why we do NOT allow refunds or exchanges on hand-made products. We guarantee the product will be the same colors as shown and very close to identical except for maybe slight variations in the shape of the carved wood, shells, etc. We are unable to take a picture of every single individual product in our inventory as it would take lots of time and the costs of our products would be more expensive.
4) When will my order be shipped?
We ship out all orders once a week every Thursday. So at times, you may have to wait a couple days (at most up to a week if you place an order on Friday for example) for your order to be officially shipped. You ask why do we only ship out once a week? It cuts down on our costs and allows us to sell our products at a better rate. If you absolutely need your product shipped out the same day or next day from the date you placed the order we can charge you a $10 rush fee for this. After placing your order online just contact us and let us know, we will give you information on how to pay the $10 fee online, and after you have paid it we will ship out your order the same day or following day. The post service ships out mail from Guam everyday at 2:00pm, so if you place an order at 1:00pm it will most likely leave Guam the next day because it takes time for us to package your order and get it ready for shipping by the postal service. 5) I produce a product that I would like to be sold through your site. How can I offer my products?
If you offer wholesale pricing on your product, we are more than willing to hear from you. Just drop us an email with any information about your product and we will get back to you as soon as time permits.
